Wakandi CAMS: Urahisi wa viongozi wa SACCO na wanachama kuchakata mikopo

Linapokuja suala la mchakato wa mikopo katika SACCOs, Wakandi CAMS ni mfumo unaorahisisha mchakato kwa pande zote mbili yaani mwanachama wa SACCOs kuomba mkopo na maafisa wa SACCOs kuchakata maombi hayo.  

Kupitia programu ya Wakandi CAMS, mwanachama anapata urahisi wa kuomba, kufuatilia taarifa za mikopo inayotolewa na SACCO yake kama ifuatavyo:  

  • Kuona taarifa za mikopo  
  • Kuomba mkopo au kufanya marejesho kiganjani  
  • Kupakia viambatanisho muhimu vya kuombea mkopo  
  • Kutazama ratiba ya rejesho la mkopo kabla ya kuwasilisha maombi   
  • Kuona mkopo ulipitiliza  
  • Kusitisha maombi ya Mkopo  

Mwanachama ataweza kuona taarifa zake za mikopo wakati wowote. Programu ya Wakandi inamrahisishia kuona taarifa za mikopo inayotolewa, kiasi chake, madeni, kuona mikopo iliyoidhinishwa au iliyokataliwa na hata inayosubiri kuidhinishwa na iliyopitiliza muda wa malipo. Pia ataweza kutafuta taarifa kwa kuandika jina.  

Mwanachama hatosumbuka kwenda ofisi za SACCO ili kuomba mkopo. Ndani ya Wakandi CAMS anaweza kuona mikopo yote inayotolewa na kutuma maombi popote alipo, kisha taarifa zitakwenda moja kwa moja kwa mhusika upande wa uongozi wa SACCOs yake.  

Endapo Mwanachama atakuwa amegundua makosa baada tu ya kuwasilisha maombi ya mkopo, papo hapo anaweza kurudi kwenye mkopo huo na kuusitisha ili aweze kurudia tena kama akitaka.  

Pia kabla ya kuwasilisha maombi ya mkopo, mwanachama ataweza kuona ratiba nzima ya tarehe za marejesho na kiasi chake hadi kufikia mwisho wake. Pia Wakandi CAMS ina uwezo wa kupatika viambatanisho vyote vinavyohitajika na SACCOs  yake kama vile NIDA na kadhalika.   

Kwa upande wa uongozi wa SACCO, urahisi wa kuchakata mikopo kupitia CAMS ni kama ifuatavyo:  

  • Kupokea, kutunza na kuchakata maombi ya mikopo ya wanachama  
  • Kuona taarifa na hali ya mikopo ya wanachama  
  • Kuhudumia wanachama mtandaoni  
  • Kurekodi maombi ya mikopo ya mwanachama asiye na Smartphone (asiye na CAMS)  
  • Kutafuta na kupakua ripoti za mikopo kirahisi  
  • Kufuata sera za SACCOs   

Baada ya mwanachama kuwasilisha maombi ya mkopo au rejesho kupitia Wakandi CAMS, taarifa zitamfikia mhusika ndani ya uongozi wa SACCOs ili kulifanyia kazi ombi la mkopo kutoka kwa mwanachama.   

Katika mfumo wa CAMS, kiongozi wa SACCO ataweza kuona jina, namba ya usajili ya mwanachama husika na taarifa zake za mikopo yote ikiwemo aliyoomba, madeni na kadhalika. Kulingana na madaraka aliyopewa na SACCO ataweza kuidhinisha, kumpa mwanachama mkopo au kukataa ombi ndani ya mfumo na lolote atalalofanya kuhusu ombi hilo, taarifa zitamrudia mwanachama kupitia Wakandi CAMS yake.  

Kwa mwanachama ambaye hana simu yenye uwezo wa kupakua programu ya Wakandi CAMS, kiongozi anaweza kumsaidia kuweka taarifa za maombi ya mkopo ikiwemo viambatanisho muhimu vya kuombea mkopo, yote hii ni kupitia programu ya CAMS kwa upande wa uongozi. Hapa kiongozi atatatafuta jina la mwanachama husika na kujaza taarifa za maombi na kuchagua njia ya malipo ambayo mwanachama atapendelea. Pia ataweza kuona ratiba nzima ya tarehe za marejesho na kiasi chake hadi kufikia mwisho wake ili kumjulisha mwanachama huyo.  

Faida nyingine ya CAMS kwa uongozi wa SACCOs ni uwezo wa kupakua ripoti za mikopo kirahisi kwenye sehemu ya mikopo. Pia kwenye sehemu ya ripoti, kiongozi wa SACCO anaweza kutafuta ripoti ya mkopo kwa kupitia jinsia, umri wa mwanachama au bidhaa ya mkopo ili kurahisisha upatikanaji wa taarifa.  

Mfumo wa CAMS unarahisisha mchakato wa wanachama kuomba mikopo na viongozi wa SACCOs kufanyia kazi maombi hayo. Pia mfumo huu umetengenezwa kufuatisha sera za SACCO husika, hivyo sera hizo zinachangia kwa kiasi kikubwa mipaka, majukumu, huduma na uendeshaji wa SACCO. 


Wakandi CAMS is a financial management system designed to simplify the process of SACCOs members applying for loans and SACCOs officers to easily process those applications. When it comes to the SACCO members, the Wakandi CAMS management system offers a loan module which makes it easier for them to request loan, repay it, and track all other important information as mentioned below: 

  • view loan details  
  • apply for a loan or repay a loan  
  • upload required documents to apply for a loan 
  • view the loan repayment schedule even before applying 
  • get details on the loan overdue 
  • terminate loan applications 

One of the highlights of the digitized system of CAMS is that it makes it easy for the SACCO members to apply for a loan or repay it.  There is no need for a member to go to the SACCOs offices to apply for a loan. The SACCO members can simply log on the CAMS website or use the CAMS application on their smartphones for loan management.  Moreover, each member of a SACCO will be able to see their credit history and records at any given point of time on CAMS. They will also be able to search for any important information by typing in a name. One of the highlights is that members can request to disburse the loan amount in both cash and mobile money on CAMS.   

In case any issue occurs, or any information needs to be edited or deleted, the member can immediately go back to the loan application and stop it so that he can repeat it again if he wants.  

Also, before submitting the loan application, the member will be able to see the entire schedule of repayment dates and the amount until the last date. Not to mention that Wakandi CAMS can upload all the attachments required by its SACCOS, such as NIDA and so on. 

Another benefit of CAMS for SACCOs management is the ability to easily download credit reports from the credit section. Also in the report section, the SACCOs leader can search the credit report by gender, age of the member, or loan product to facilitate access to information. 

The CAMS system has been developed to follow the policies of the respective SACCOs, as these policies contribute significantly to the boundaries, duties, services, and operations of the SACCOs . 

For the savings group administration team, processing loans via CAMS can do wonders as it helps with the following: 

  • keeps records of loan applications (received/processed) 
  • view the information and updated loan status of members. 
  • process loan applications for members who don’t have direct access to CAMS  
  • search and download loan reports easily 
  • implement rules and regulations established by SACCO for loan management 

After a member submits a loan application or initiates repayment through Wakandi CAMS, information will reach the loan management team within the SACCOs which will process the loan or refund request. information 

The loan manager will be able to see the name, registration number of the relevant member, as well as his information including current and outstanding loans. The loan manager will be able to approve/reject loan requested by the member, and the information will be returned to the member via CAMS. 

The loan manager can also initiate loan request for a member who doesn’t have access to a smartphone or a laptop. The member visits the SACCO office, and there the loan manager fills in his loan application from the administration end on CAMS. The CAMS system simplifies the process for members to apply for loans and SACCO leaders to process those applications. Also, CAMS has been developed to follow the policies of the SACCO, so the system can be set to accommodate policies of each SACCO for beter operations and management.
